Günther Baumann is responsible for the staff position “Organisational Development" and for the division "Finance and Administration". He is involved in the further development and management of Prolindo. Together with the doctors, goals are being pursued that enable patients to be the focus of attention as entire persons. This requires a good organisation with clear structures, processes and rules that promote cooperation and create a climate in which potentials can be fully tapped. His work at Prolindo is based on a mandate.

Professional background

As a graduate mechanical engineer ETH, Günther Baumann has worked in industrial development, in management consulting and then as managing director of several companies before setting up his own business as a management consultant. His focus in consulting is on the design of management concepts and methods and the development of business models for organisations.
